Our Building
Built in 1896 and thoughtfully renovated, the Kickernick Building’s rich history shines through its distinctive event spaces. Originally a garment factory for women, it now offers an elegant art gallery, a welcoming lobby, and a spacious warehouse with a modern industrial feel. Each space combines historic architecture with updated amenities, providing a unique and memorable setting for all types of events.
The Kickernick building is situated in the North Loop Warehouse District of Minneapolis, the building is adjacent to light rail and close to major city attractions like Target Center and Target Field!
